If you are having trouble accessing the items included in your subscription, use the following steps to resolve the issue:
- Check your email to confirm that you received your subscription confirmation.
- Checkout that your payment was successfully processed (normally, you would view your Credit/Debit Card statement or your PayPal account).
- Check that your subscription is still active (i.e. that it has not expired). Use the My Subscriptions link in the Account menu at the top-right.
- Logout of the site and login again. If your payment was processed normally, this step should solve any access issues.
