Trouble accessing downloads and/or Academy

If you are having trouble accessing the items included in your subscription, use the following steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Check your email to confirm that you received your subscription confirmation.
  2. Checkout that your payment was successfully processed (normally, you would view your Credit/Debit Card statement or your PayPal account).
  3. Check that your subscription is still active (i.e. that it has not expired). Use the My Subscriptions link in the Account menu at the top-right.
  4. Logout of the site and login again. If your payment was processed normally, this step should solve any access issues.
